Terms of Service

By using AV Technologies' websites, apps or services, you accept these terms.

  1. Software only. AV Technologies provides software tools on an "as is" basis. We are not a party to any transaction, deal or dispute between you and your customers, clients, students, vendors or anyone else.
  2. Your dealings and customers. Anything between you and the people you deal with is entirely yours. We do not verify, endorse or guarantee any product, service, quality, price or person, and we are not responsible for any dispute, defect, delay, fraud, injury or loss. You use the app, and deal with others, at your own risk.
  3. Payments and 0% commission. All payments are made directly between you and the other person. We do not hold, handle or process that money and we take 0% commission. We are not responsible for any payment, non-payment, price, refund, advance or financial loss.
  4. Your account. Keep your login secure, give accurate information, and use the software lawfully. You are responsible for the content you enter and for any consent, privacy, tax and licensing rules that apply to your business.
  5. Acceptable use. Do not use the service for anything illegal, harmful or infringing, do not send spam or unsolicited messages, and do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to it.
  6. AI features. Some features use AI (for example reading photos, transcription, or suggestions). AI can make mistakes and may be inaccurate — always check its output before you rely on, send or act on it. We are not liable for AI errors.
  7. Not advice or official documents. Invoices, statements, reports, rate cards and other outputs are for your convenience only. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice and not official or legally compliant documents. We are not your accountant, lawyer or tax adviser, and we do not prepare or file any legal, tax or statutory document for you.
  8. Plans, prices and changes. Any free trial runs until it ends; taxes are extra; prices are shown in USD, and in INR for India. We may add, change, withdraw or discontinue any plan, price or feature — including free plans — at any time.
  9. Credits and AI generation (Studio and similar services). Credits are a prepaid digital service consumed at the moment of generation. All credit and pack purchases are final and non-refundable, whether the credits are used or unused, and are not redeemable for cash. AI output varies by nature: a result that differs from what you imagined is not a defect and does not entitle you to a refund or chargeback — the service was delivered when the generation ran. If a generation fails technically and produces no output, its credits are automatically returned to your credit balance; that re-credit is the sole and exclusive remedy. By purchasing credits you expressly acknowledge and accept this policy.
  10. Data, availability and no liability. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, corruption, deletion or inaccessibility of your data, for downtime, or for third-party outages. Keep your own backups of anything important.
  11. Third-party services. The service relies on providers including Supabase, Cloudflare, WhatsApp / Meta, Telegram, and payment and AI providers. Your use of features they power is also subject to their terms; we do not control them.
  12. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost data.
  13. Termination. Subscriptions are month-to-month; either of us may end the arrangement at the close of a billing period. We may suspend or end access for abuse or non-payment. You can export your data.
  14. International use. The service is available worldwide. You are responsible for complying with the laws, taxes and licences that apply where you are. The service is provided in English. You may not use it where doing so is unlawful or sanctioned. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country.
  15. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts at Jaipur, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
  16. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it.
