1Tap Forgot password
On any AV app's sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email.
2Open the email
Look for a message from AV Technologies (check spam the first time). Tap the reset link.
3Set the new password
Enter a new password (8–64 characters) and submit. The link is single-use; if it's expired, just request a fresh one.
