No brands are reaching out
Almost always the hub is still a Draft or the link isn't in your bio — publish it and share it.
You can't change your link name
Picking a custom handle is a Pro feature, and any change is limited to once every 30 days.
Your link shows "This hub isn't available"
The page is either unpublished or the handle in the URL is wrong — publish it, and re-copy the exact link.
FAQ
Is CreatorHub free?
Yes — free to start. Your public hub, media kit, rate card, collab inbox, and the rate calculator are all free. Pro (₹999 / $19 a month) adds the Deals pipeline, invoices, payment nudges, a year-end income summary, and a custom link.
Do brands need an account to reach me?
No. A brand just opens your link and fills the collab form — the brief lands in your Inbox and on a private thread. There's no login or app for them.
Where do brand inquiries go?
Into your Inbox tab, not your DMs. Turn on notifications in Settings and each new brief also pings you by email and Telegram.
Can I hide my rates?
Yes. The rate card is optional — leave it empty and brands can still send briefs; you just won't show prices.
Which platforms does the media kit cover?
Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Threads, LinkedIn, and Facebook — or add your own. It's a cross-platform kit, not just one network, and it totals your reach across them.
Can I change my link or name later?
Yes, on Pro — you can pick any available handle, changeable once every 30 days. Free hubs keep the name-based link they were created with.
