Add your first work

Updated 25 Jul 2026

A work is one piece in your catalogue — a photo, a title and a price. Add one and it appears on your shareable link right away.

  1. 1Tap Add work

On the Catalogue tab, tap + Add work.

  2. 2Add a photo

Tap to add a photo of the painting (or its gallery label). Canvas tries to read the title, medium, size and price from the image and fills them in for you — always double-check what it read.

  3. 3Confirm the details

Set the Title, pick a Medium, add the Size and Year, and choose Set price (in ₹) or Price on request. Then set the status — Available, Sold, or Not for sale.

  4. 4Save

Tap Save. The piece is live on your catalogue link immediately. To fix anything later, tap the work and edit it.

💡 The free plan holds up to 10 works and 10 collectors — plenty to get your link out. A paid plan lifts both to unlimited.
