Broadcast new work to your collectors

Telling buyers about new work shouldn't mean copy-pasting to everyone. Broadcast sends a personal WhatsApp to each collector from your own number — no bulk API, no spam.
1Add your collectors
On the Collectors tab, tap ＋ Add and enter each collector's name, WhatsApp number (with country code, e.g. Ana on 44…), and an optional taste note. Only collectors with a WhatsApp number can be broadcast to.
2Compose the message
On the Broadcast tab, optionally Feature a work from the dropdown, then tweak the message. The tag {name} auto-fills each collector's first name; leave the box blank to use the preview.
3Send one by one
Under Send one-by-one, tap Send next to a collector — WhatsApp opens with the message ready for you to send. Each one flips to Sent ✓ so you don't repeat yourself.
💡 Because each message goes from your own WhatsApp, it lands as a normal personal message — warmer than a bulk blast, and it keeps you in your collectors' good graces.
