Create your account, add a vendor, and log your first outward — you'll see the pending balance appear immediately.

Record goods you send out (outward)

Tap Issue Outward and fill the 4 fields — vendor, item, quantity, date. That's the whole entry.

Record what comes back (inward)

Open the outward entry and receive against it — part-returns are fine, and you can log defective pieces separately.

The live reconciliation view shows outward vs received and the pending balance for every challan — no math on your side.

Troubleshooting

When something looks off.

Pending numbers don't match reality

Nearly always a missing entry — an unrecorded receive, a part-return, or defective pieces logged as good returns.

The daily WhatsApp report isn't arriving

Check your plan includes it and your WhatsApp number is correct — the report goes out at 9am IST daily.

FAQ

What's a challan in VendorFlow?

One outward entry — goods you sent to a vendor on a date. Receives are recorded against it, and its pending balance is outward minus received.

Does it work for jobwork?

Yes — that's the core use. Send material out for a job, receive finished goods (and defectives) back against the same entry, and the pending balance tracks the vendor's liability.

Can I record part-returns?

Yes. Receive any quantity against an outward — the pending balance simply shows what's left. Multiple part-returns against one challan are normal.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — a 7-day free trial with no card needed. See current plans on the VendorFlow product page.

Can I get my data out?

Anytime — export PDF or CSV from the reports section. Your data is yours.
