Set up VendorFlow and record your first challan

VendorFlow tracks material you send out to vendors and what comes back — so the register-and-memory system becomes one live pending balance per vendor.

1. 1Create your account

   Go to vendorflow.avtechnologies.io and sign up with Google or email + password. The free trial starts automatically — no card needed.

2. 2Add your first vendor

   Add the vendor you work with most. You only need a name to start; details can come later.

3. 3Record an outward

   Tap Issue Outward and fill the 4 fields — vendor, item, quantity, date. That one entry is now a challan VendorFlow will reconcile for you.

4. 4Watch the pending balance

   The reconciliation view now shows this vendor's outward vs received and the pending quantity. As goods come back, the balance falls to zero.
