Add your students

Each student holds a name, a parent's WhatsApp number, and a monthly fee. That's all Classroom needs to track fees, attendance, and reminders.

1. 1Open the Students tab

   From your dashboard, switch to the Students tab (it may read Learners or Members, depending on your class type).

2. 2Add one by hand

   Tap ＋ Add student, enter their name, the parent's phone number, and the monthly fee, then Save. The phone number is what makes one-tap reminders work later.

3. 3Or snap your register

   Have a paper list? Use Add by photo instead of typing — see "Import your students from a photo" for the full flow.

💡 Two children from the same family? Add each as their own student and give them the same parent phone — Classroom won't block a shared number.
