Let a parent know their child was absent

Updated 25 Jul 2026

  1. 1Mark the student absent

On the Today tab's attendance list, tap A for the student who didn't show up.

  2. 2Tap Tell parent

A Tell parent button (Message, for adult classes) appears. Tap it and WhatsApp opens with a short, polite absence note ready to go — from your own number.

💡 This is optional — attendance is recorded whether or not you send the note.
