Send a polite fee reminder in one tap

Updated 25 Jul 2026

Reminders go from your own WhatsApp number, so parents just get a normal message from you — no bots, no bulk-messaging service, and nothing for them to install.

  1. 1Find the pending student

On the Today tab, each student who still owes this month has a Remind button next to Paid.

  2. 2Tap Remind

WhatsApp opens with a warm, ready-written note naming the student, the amount, and the month. You can tweak the wording before sending.

  3. 3Send it

Hit send in WhatsApp as you normally would. The message goes from your number — free, with no per-message charge.

💡 The Remind button only appears when a student has a parent phone saved — add one on the Students tab if it's missing.
