Add an order

1. 1Tap ＋ Add order

   From the Orders tab, tap ＋ Add order to open the New order form.

2. 2Fill the order

   Enter the Order / PO number, a promised date, and the customer's name. Add their WhatsApp number or email so you can reach them later. Fill in the item / details, and an Order amount if you want to collect payment.

3. 3Save

   Tap Add order. It appears as a card at Received, ready for you to advance. Order numbers must be unique — reusing one shows "That order number already exists."

💡 Add a WhatsApp number or email now — the one-tap Notify button only appears when the order has a way to reach the customer.
