Notify a customer their order is ready

When an order is Ready or Shipped, one tap sends the update — you never retype it, and it always comes from you.

1. 1Advance to Ready or Shipped

   The Notify button only appears once the order reaches Ready or Shipped.

2. 2Tap Notify ready (or Notify shipped)

   It opens WhatsApp with the message pre-filled — name, order number, tracking, any amount due and the tracker link. You just hit send.

3. 3Switch channel if you like

   Tap the ▾ next to the button to send by Text or Email instead. The wording is the same on every channel.
