Sign in, name your kitchen, add a few subscribers — and TiffinFlow shows one number every morning: how many meals to cook today.
Pick how you sell: Daily tiffin or On order
Choose Daily tiffin if you deliver to monthly subscribers, or On order if you cook when someone orders. Flip anytime — nothing is lost.

Write today's menu, share one safe link on WhatsApp, and every "in" or "skip" reply folds into your cook count automatically.
Add a customer to your kitchen
Add each subscriber once — their meals, price and WhatsApp number — and they flow into every day's count and the Money tab.
Let customers pause or skip their own meals
Send each customer a private link to skip a day or set leave dates — your count updates itself, with no calls to field.
Track who's paid and send WhatsApp reminders
The Money tab shows expected, collected and pending for the month — record a payment in a tap, or nudge the rest from your own WhatsApp.

Troubleshooting
When something looks off.
Today's cook count looks wrong
The count is always built from your customers minus pauses and skips, plus confirmed orders — check the Today tab lists to find the odd one.
A customer's pause link isn't working
Almost always a stale or hand-typed link — re-send it fresh from their card, or mark the leave for them.
Your kitchen isn't showing in the directory
The /find directory only lists published kitchens with enough profile filled in — check the Published toggle and your Storefront details.
FAQ
Is TiffinFlow free?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 5 subscribers with the cook count, payments, pause links and a shareable public page listed in the directory. Paid plans lift the subscriber limit and add a branded link, party bookings and more — always at 0% commission.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. Everything they touch — the menu link, their pause link, your public page — opens in a browser. Only you, the owner, have an account.
How do WhatsApp reminders work?
TiffinFlow opens your own WhatsApp with a polite, ready-written message to the customer. You tap send. It never uses a paid messaging service or a bot — the reminder comes from your number.
Does TiffinFlow take a commission or handle payments?
Never. Customers pay you directly — cash, bank transfer or UPI — and you record it in the Money tab. 0% commission, always.
Can customers pause or skip their own meals?
Yes. Each customer gets a private link to skip a day or set leave dates, and your cook count updates itself. You can also mark leave for them from their card.
Can I run both a daily service and one-off orders?
Yes. Use the Daily tiffin / On order toggle at the top of your dashboard to switch how you sell. Customers, payments and history all stay when you flip — nothing is lost.
