Let customers pause or skip their own meals

Instead of taking pause requests by call and message all day, hand each customer their own link.

1. 1Open a customer's card

   In the People tab, tap a customer to expand their card.

2. 2Send their pause link

   Tap Send link to open a WhatsApp message (from your own number) with their private pause link, or Copy pause link to share it another way. Each link is personal to that one customer.

3. 3They pause themselves

   From the link, the customer can Skip today, Skip tomorrow, or set leave dates. Those days drop out of your cook count automatically.

💡 You can also mark leave for someone yourself — open their card and tap Mark leave, then pick the dates.
