Today's cook count looks wrong

Check who's in, out and waiting
The Today tab breaks the count down: confirmed orders, Waiting to reply, and Skipped / on leave. Scan these to see exactly who is and isn't counted. Anyone still Waiting isn't in the count until you or they mark them In.
Look for pauses and leaves
A customer on leave, or who skipped today, drops out automatically. If someone's missing, open their card in the People tab and check for a leave range that covers today.
Confirm the meals on each customer
The count splits by lunch and dinner. If the split looks off, open a customer and check whether they're set to Lunch, Dinner or both.
