Track who's paid and send WhatsApp reminders

Monthly money slips through the cracks when it lives in your head. The Money tab keeps the running total for you.

1. 1Open the Money tab

   For subscribers you'll see three numbers for the month — Expected, Collected and Pending — above a Not fully paid list.

2. 2Record a payment

   Next to a customer, type the amount received and tap Add. Their status updates and they move to the Paid list.

3. 3Remind politely

   Tap Remind next to anyone who still owes. It opens your own WhatsApp with a friendly, ready-written message. No bots, no paid messaging — it sends from your number.
