Share the client progress link
One always-current link your client opens in a browser — no app, no login. Copy it or send it on WhatsApp or email.
Propose material selections for client sign-off
Add finishes — tiles, laminates, paint, hardware — with photos and codes; your client approves or requests a change on the same link.
Send drawings for approval and release GFC
Upload a plan or render, get client sign-off with versioning, then freeze the approved set as Good For Construction.
Keep a snag list to handover
Log defects with a before photo, assign a contractor, and mark them fixed with an after photo — nothing forgotten at handover.
Track fees and receipts

When something looks off.
Your client says the link won't open
Almost always the link is turned Off, needs a Pro plan, or was retyped by hand — check the toggle and re-share it fresh.
The client link opens but looks empty
The report is built from what you've logged — add a site visit or a selection and it appears instantly.

FAQ
Do my clients need to download an app or sign in?
No. Your client opens a link in their browser and sees everything with no app and no login — and can approve materials and drawings right there. Only you, the studio, sign in.
Is Blueprint free?
There's a free plan — one project with the full site diary (visits, photos, specs, drawings and snags) — plus a 7-day free trial of everything. Paid plans (Solo, Pro, Studio, Firm) add fees & receipts, the shareable client link, teammates, voice site-notes and branding.
Does the client link stay up to date?
Yes — it's always current. Every visit, selection, drawing and snag you add appears the next time your client opens it. You can toggle the link Live or Off anytime.
What does "GFC" mean?
Good For Construction. Once a drawing is client-approved you tap ✓ Mark GFC to freeze it into a read-only construction set on the GFC tab — the version the whole team builds from.
Can I add teammates?
Yes, on Studio (+1 teammate) and Firm (+2). Invite them by email from Studio settings → Manage team.
Will my fees show on the client link?
No. Fees & receipts stay private to your studio. The client report only shows progress, selections, drawings and snags — never your billing.
