Log a site visit in 30 seconds

Updated 25 Jul 2026

This is the habit that makes Blueprint work: one quick visit each trip. Everything else — the client link, the record, the timeline — builds itself from these.

  1. 1Tap Log a site visit

Open the project and, on the Diary tab, tap + Log a site visit.

  2. 2Add photos and a note

Pick the date, write what happened on site (or let the photos speak), and tap Add site photos. On the Studio and Firm plans you can tap 🎙️ Speak the note instead of typing — it's transcribed for you.

  3. 3Save the visit

Tap Save visit. It appears at the top of the timeline, dated automatically. The first photo you ever add becomes the project's cover.

💡 Because every visit is dated, there's always a clean record of what was seen and when — no more scrolling WhatsApp to find a photo.
