The client link opens but looks empty

Updated 25 Jul 2026

The timeline fills after a visit

Progress only appears once you've logged a site visit on the Diary tab. Log one — with a photo or a note — and it shows on the client link straight away.

Selections and drawings must be added

The "to approve" sections only appear when you've added items in Specs or Drawings. Nothing added means nothing for the client to see or approve yet.

Check it's the right project

Each project has its own link. If you're updating one project but shared another's link, the client sees the wrong (or empty) page — copy the link from the project you're actually working on.
