Your client says the link won't open

Check the link is Live
In the Client progress link bar, the toggle must be on — it reads "Live — your client can open this link." While it's Off, the page shows "This link isn't available." Turn it on.
The link needs Pro (or the trial)
The shareable client link is a Pro-plan feature. On the Free and Solo plans there's no client link yet. Switch to Pro — or start the 7-day free trial, which unlocks it.
