Keep a snag list to handover

The Snags tab is your punch list. Every item is tracked open vs fixed, with photo proof and who it's assigned to — so the "who was meant to fix that?" fight never happens.

1. 1Add a snag

   On the Snags tab, tap ＋ Add a snag. Describe it (e.g. "chipped tile near the window"), set a location and assign it to a contractor, and optionally add a 'before' photo.

2. 2Track open vs fixed

   Snags group into Open and Fixed, so what's still outstanding is always obvious at a glance.

3. 3Mark fixed with proof

   Tap Mark fixed + photo to attach an 'after' shot, or just Mark fixed. Got it wrong? Reopen puts it back on the open list.

💡 The snag list also shows on the client progress link, so status is shared and nothing is disputed at handover.
