Propose material selections for client sign-off

The Specs tab turns "which tile did we agree on?" into a record. You propose; the client decides on their link; approved items auto-build a contractor sheet.

1. 1Add a selection

   On the Specs tab, tap ＋ Add a selection.

2. 2Describe the finish

   Add a photo and the product / finish name, then the room / area, category, code / SKU, vendor, quantity and unit price. Only the name is required — fill the rest as you have it.

3. 3Let your client decide

   Each selection shows Awaiting client until they tap Approve or Request change on their link. A change request comes back with their note attached, so you see exactly what they want.

4. 4Print the contractor sheet

   Once things are approved, tap 📋 Contractor sheet for a print / PDF of just the approved codes — order exactly those.

💡 Editing a selection the client already decided on re-sends it to them for fresh approval — so the record never drifts from what was agreed.
