Send drawings for approval and release GFC

Updated 25 Jul 2026

The Drawings tab keeps every round of a plan or 3D render in one place, with the client's approval on the record — then GFC freezes the final set so the site works from the right version.

  1. 1Add a drawing or render

On the Drawings tab, start a New drawing / render, add the image, and tap Send for approval.

  2. 2Get client sign-off

Your client taps Approve or Request change on their link. Every round is versioned — tap Upload new version to send a revision without losing the history.

  3. 3Release GFC

Once a drawing is client-approved, tap ✓ Mark GFC to freeze it into the Good For Construction set on the GFC tab — the read-only, construction-ready version.

💡 Need to revise a released sheet? Use Move back to drawings on the GFC tab to reopen it for a new round.
