Add a person to your book

Each person is a card that carries their running balance, their entry history, and a one-tap reminder. You can add someone here, or create them on the fly while recording an entry.

1. 1Open the Customers screen

   Switch to the Customers screen and tap Add customer.

2. 2Fill in their details

   Enter the customer name (e.g. Leo), their WhatsApp number, and, optionally, an email. The WhatsApp number is what lets you send a reminder later.

3. 3Save

   Tap Add customer to save. Their card starts at a zero balance — record what you gave them next.

💡 No WhatsApp number yet? You can still add the person and their entries — just add the number before you want to send a reminder.
