Send a polite WhatsApp reminder

Updated 25 Jul 2026

Asking for old dues feels awkward, so people let it slide. CreditBook writes the message for you and opens it in your own WhatsApp — no bots, no per-message charge, ever.

  1. 1Open the person and tap Remind

On a customer's card, tap Remind on WhatsApp. A polite message is pre-filled with their name, your shop name, and their pending balance.

  2. 2Send it from your own number

It opens WhatsApp on your phone with the message ready — you just press send, so it arrives from your number in your tone. Need another channel? The Remind menu also offers Text (SMS) and Email.

💡 Every reminder is logged. The Reminders view shows who was reminded, how many times, and who hasn't been chased yet.
