Can't add another customer

You're at the plan's customer limit
The free plan covers a set number of customers. When you're at the cap, Add customer stops and shows the limit — a higher plan raises it, up to unlimited.
Free up a slot
If some customers are settled and no longer active, archive them (from their card) to make room without upgrading. Their history is kept.
