Archive a customer who's settled up

Updated 25 Jul 2026

  1. 1Open the person and tap Archive

On a customer's card, tap Archive. They drop off your active list so your Today and Customers screens stay focused on who still owes you.

  2. 2Their record stays

Archiving never deletes anything — every entry stays in their History. If they take credit again later, their card and past entries are all still there.
