Record money you gave (a due)

Updated 25 Jul 2026

  1. 1Tap New entry

From the Today screen, tap New entry and choose 📤 You gave.

  2. 2Pick the person and amount

Select an existing customer, or tap New to add one. Enter the amount, and set the date if it wasn't today.

  3. 3Add an order or note (optional)

You can add an order number (e.g. INV-204), a short note (e.g. groceries), or a photo of the bill. Tap Save entry — the person's pending balance goes up right away.

💡 "You gave" raises what they owe you; "You got" lowers it. The card's total is always these entries netted together.
