Add your first style, in every size and colour

LoomFlow keeps the style as the thing you name and the size × colour as the thing you count. It takes two minutes the first time and saves the ordering guesswork all season.

1. 1Open Inventory and tap + Add product

   Give it a code and a name — DRS-001, Cotton Day Dress. Everything else is optional: category, cost price, sale price, and a reorder level to be warned at.

2. 2Open the style and add a variant

   Tap the style to open it, then + Variant. Enter the size (M) and the colour (Ivory), and give that combination its own code — DRS-001-M-IVY. That code is what a barcode scanner reads.

   Leave Barcode empty and the code itself prints and scans. Fill it in only if the garment already carries a supplier's barcode.

3. 3Repeat for what you really carry

   One line per size and colour you actually stock. LoomFlow lays them out as a grid — colours down the side, sizes across the top — so a gap in the run is obvious at a glance.

💡 Sizes and colours are free: your plan counts styles. Twenty-five styles in six sizes and four colours is still 25 styles, not 600.
