Two screens show different numbers

You're looking at one location
Stock is counted per location; sales, purchases and payments are not split by location yet. So with one shop selected, the stock figures are that shop's while the money figures cover the whole business. LoomFlow prints an amber note saying so — switch to 🌐 All locations to compare like with like.
The two figures cover different windows
On the Overview, "In this period" follows the period chips. "Right now" doesn't — it's today's live position whatever period you picked. Two tiles with similar names can be measuring different things on purpose.
Not all the history is loaded
A workspace with years of documents doesn't load every row. When your window reaches past what's loaded, LoomFlow says the total is understated instead of showing a confident wrong number, and hides the comparison. Choose a shorter period and the figures agree again.
Goods on the road are in neither column
If your locations don't add up to the business total, the difference is usually stock in transit — dispatched, not yet received, counted at neither end.
