Signing in, resetting your password, and your team

Ways in

Continue with Google, or an email and a password of 8 to 64 characters — length matters, not symbols. It's the same AV account across every AV app. If Google tells you it's still being set up, use email and password instead.

Forgot your password

On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password, enter your email, and open the link we send (check spam the first time). You set a new password and land back in LoomFlow.

Switching workspace, and signing out

If you belong to more than one business, LoomFlow asks which one on the way in. The circle at the top right with your initial holds Sign out.

Adding your team

Paid plans include more than one person — two on Starter, five on Growth, as many as you like on Pro.

There's no invite screen in the app yet. Send us the email address your colleague uses, with the contact options at the bottom of this page, and we'll add them to your workspace. They sign in with their own account and see the same numbers you do.
