Get a daily summary by email or WhatsApp

  1. 1Open Setup

    The last tab, with the ⚙️ icon.

  2. 2Turn on WhatsApp alerts

    Switch on Transaction alerts, enter your WhatsApp number with its country code, and choose the frequency: a message for every transaction, or one daily summary. Payment reminders adds a nudge on overdue invoices. Send test proves the line is working before you rely on it.

  3. 3Or take the daily email

    Switch on Daily email report for the same summary in your inbox. It's free, it works anywhere, and it goes to your login email unless you type a different address.

  4. 4Tap Save settings

    Both cards save the same way.

💡 WhatsApp messages are delivered from the AV Technologies number, and a one-time template approval can still be pending. If nothing arrives, use the email report — it's the reliable one, and it's what most people outside India prefer anyway.
