Print barcode labels
Updated 26 Jul 2026
1Pick what to print
In Inventory, tick a style to select all of its sizes and colours. Tick several styles for a batch — the button at the top counts them as you go.
2Tap Print labels
A sheet opens in a new tab, three labels to a row: style name, colour and size, the barcode, the code underneath, and the price. Your browser's print box opens on its own — print it, or save it as a PDF.
3Or print just one
Tap a cell in the grid and use Print label for that size and colour on its own, or Add to label sheet to collect a few before printing.
💡 The barcode is the one you entered for that size and colour, or its code if you left the barcode blank. Search in Inventory matches codes and barcodes, so a scanner that types into the search box will find the item.
