Send stock to another location
Updated 26 Jul 2026
A transfer moves your own goods between your own places. Nothing is being sold, so nothing carries a price — it's quantities only, from here to there.
1Open Transfers and tap + New transfer
You need two locations for this. With only one the button stays greyed out and LoomFlow says so rather than letting you start something that can't finish.
2Choose from and to
Source and destination have to be different places. LoomFlow fills in a transfer number (TR-1001, then TR-1002) and today's date — change either if you're writing up yesterday's van.
3Add the lines
Each line is one size and colour plus a quantity. The picker puts whatever is in stock at the source at the top of the list and tells you how many are there. You can still send more than that — you'll get a quiet warning, because sometimes it's the count that's wrong, not the van.
4Tap Dispatch
The units come off the source immediately and reach the destination only when it's received. Tap 🖨️ to print a transfer challan to travel with the goods: quantities only, no prices.
💡 Anything still on the road stays on the Transfers screen for as long as it takes. A shipment nobody received six months ago is exactly the one you need to see, so it is never aged off the list.
