How it decides
It reads how fast each size and colour has been selling over your chosen period — never less than 30 days, because a single week of sales isn't a trend — and sets that against what you hold and what's already on the way to you. It assumes about two weeks to restock and aims to leave you a month of cover after it lands.
Buy or make
Styles you've bought on supplier bills appear under Buy more. Styles that have come back from a jobworker appear under Make more. Until you've recorded at least one job-work receipt the make list stays empty, and it says so rather than looking broken.
Reading a line
Each line gives the style, the size and colour, and a suggested quantity, with a colour for how urgent it is. The sentence underneath says what the suggestion is based on, in plain words — so you can disagree with it on purpose.
When you're looking at one shop
With a single location selected, the stock is that location's while the sales behind it are the whole business's. Read the quantities as a ceiling rather than a shopping list, or switch to All locations first.
